"Decent Bun Bo Joint in Bolsa Mini Mall"
Bun Bo Hue Gia Hoi has been in the Bolsa Mini Mall forever. It's right smack in the corner. Their bun bo is pretty decent.
Besides the bun bo, they also have mi quang, banh beo, banh bot loc, banh canh tom cua, cha ca thang long, bun cha ha noi, and a bunch of other noodle dishes.
Apparently, they also have a bun nuoc leo bac lieu (bun mam) that's supposed to be pretty good, too.
Open everyday from 8:30AM to 10:30PM.

OK, it was raining cats & dogs all morning & I craved something hot & spicy, so I hit it up Bushard to check out Gia Hoi's version of bun bo Hue. And was not isappointed!
omg this is my new to-go place for this dish! It was super, chock full of flavor & heat. I even chewed off all the meat from the pig knuckle/foot/whatever, something I normally don't bother with. It's all good! The restaurant is kinda "old school" (which I like) & tables were nice & clean & service was prompt.
