I personally like Dong Khanh a lot. I always go there. The food is always great but the service is ok. It's not bad actually. They just remodeled few months ago (maybe even a year ago) and it's been for the good. I'd say it's a fraction better than the usual customer service you get from a Vietnamese restaurant. But it depends on who you get too. That's my pick, not knowing your background or parental upbringing/taste.
