Like we said, this one is not as good as the first Luc Dinh Ky, located one block west of this one. This one, however, is open late, so it does have that working for it. Too bad it sucks, compared to the first one.

Have been to both, but prefer this one, since they serve a good version of Hu Tieu Vit Van Nam (Spicy Duck soup)
It's not a "glam palace", it's just a good neighborhood restaurant, where you can get a cheap good lunch.
