Ngu Binh Restaurant is located on the corner of Westminster and Magnolia. We've given them several opportunities to prove themselves because some of our friends love this place. For some reason, they didn't know we were coming or something. Next time, somebody better tip them off because we were not too enthused with their Hue dishes.

They have bun bo hue, mi quang, banh beo chen, banh lot, and all the other stuff you get from Central Vietnam.
