The Crawfish House is a very Americanized Vietnamese restaurant specializing in cajun grub, specifically, crawfish. It is located a block east of Brookhurst on Westminster.

Besides the obvious crawfish, they also have chicken wings, fries, fish, oysters, and beer. But they don't have any Newcastle. Loser. All with the Louisiana backcountry flair, of course.

They'll give you a bib since they know you eat like a slob. The accept Visa and Mastercard.

Mon-Fri 3pm - 10pm

Sat-Sun 12pm - 10pm

We're #1 if you search for "Crawfish House" in Google! Haha!

I definitely prefer crawfish house than boiling crab. I just think boiling crab is overated. The food is not even all that. Crawfish house is much better with the marinated. Taste much better.

Food is pretty good. I eat there every two weeks or so. One that that pisses me off is that the service is VERY BAD!!!! [there hasn't been once when I was satisfied, I don't see how hard it is to clean the tables, serve the food, then give the check. I am a manager at a restaurant and it is ridiculous how these girls are still working here]. The owner needs to train these servers or fire them and get new ones.

Crawfish aside, I had a grand 'ol time digging into these steaming bags of assorted seafood at The Crawfish House in Garden Grove. I rarely go down there (okay, I've only been to the area once) so I was surprised to hear that Cajun seafood boil places were the big thing. Boiling Crab on Euclid is the one everyone flocks to, but I heard this place is just as tasty, plus it's a shorter wait.

I like crawfish house more than boiling crab, the marinate and the sausage is MUCH better than boiling crab. it has this rich taste while boiling crab sausage is chewy like a piece of gum that ran out of sweetness. NOT to be exagerated and all, but I just don't like the taste of boiling crab it's too salty and the sausage is chewwy, very chewwy.. I prefer CRAWFISH HOUSE MORE, beside you can eat it the sauce with baguette add the taste. that way when IT goes down south it's not painful hahahahahhahahaha the truth is sicken i noe. hahahahah =D jsut tellin my point of view.. Great day ya'll

The Crawfish House has a very rich sauce that is mixed into their Crawfish. Bring a fresh loaf of Baguette, dip it into the sauce and enjoy!
